REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances in which refunds may be provided for services or products associated with Oak. Please read this policy carefully before booking an appointment or proceeding with treatment.

Medical Consultations & Services

Fees paid for medical consultations, assessments and professional services are for time, expertise and clinical evaluation.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with our booking terms

  • Refunds are not provided if a treatment or prescription is deemed clinically inappropriate following assessment

This ensures clinical decisions remain guided by medical judgement and patient safety.

Prescription & Compounded Products

Due to regulatory and safety requirements:

  • Prescription-only and compounded products are not eligible for refunds or returns once dispensed

  • This includes products that are unused, partially used, or no longer required

These restrictions are in place to comply with Australian health regulations and patient safety standards.

Non-Prescription Products (If Applicable)

For non-prescription items, refunds or exchanges may be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and may require proof of purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of goods, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, Oak may consider refunds or credits at its discretion where exceptional circumstances apply. Any such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
