This Shipping Policy outlines how products associated with Oak are supplied and delivered. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or proceeding with any prescribed treatment.

Prescription & Medical Products

Oak does not directly sell or ship prescription-only medicines.
Any prescription products, including compounded items, are supplied and dispatched by licensed Australian pharmacies following a valid medical consultation and prescription.

Shipping of prescription products is subject to:

  • Medical approval and clinical suitability

  • Pharmacy dispensing timelines

  • Regulatory and safety requirements

Delivery methods, timeframes and costs are determined by the dispensing pharmacy and may vary depending on location and product type.

Shipping Locations

Prescription products are shipped within Australia only, in accordance with Australian laws and regulations. International shipping is not available for prescription or compounded products.

Non-prescription items (where applicable) may also be limited to Australian delivery.

Processing Times

Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on:

  • Completion of medical consultation and prescription approval

  • Pharmacy compounding requirements

  • Public holidays or peak periods

Estimated dispatch timeframes will be communicated by the dispensing pharmacy once your order has been processed.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on:

  • External factors such as weather or service disruptions

Oak cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for courier delays once an item has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are determined by the dispensing pharmacy or supplier and may vary based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product handling requirements

  • Courier service selected

Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Temperature-Controlled & Secure Packaging

Where required, prescription products may be shipped using temperature-controlled or secure packaging to maintain product integrity and safety during transit.

It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery where required and to store products according to provided instructions upon receipt.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of order. Oak and the dispensing pharmacy are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or re-dispensing in the event of failed deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of prescription and compounded products:

  • Returns are not accepted for prescription medicines

  • Refunds are not available once an item has been dispensed, except where required by law

For non-prescription items, returns may be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with Australian Consumer Law.
